At RoxxCenter, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.


Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unbroken

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Have a valid unboxing video provided at the time of return request

⚠️ Important: Items imported from China are non-returnable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • China-imported items

  • Used or broken items

  • Products returned without unboxing video evidence


Exchanges

We allow exchanges if the product is unused and unbroken. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 working days directly to your bank account.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are not available for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
